Mariposa Kids' summer camps are meant to inspire and support children's natural curiosity and independence through free play in safe spaces.

Through opportunities to play freely and participate in themed planned activities, children will have fun while making new friends and lasting memories.

When: Camps run Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm

Where: Located at our clubhouse on James Rolph Jr. Park (1451 Hampshire Street)

Cost: $550/week with 10% sibling discount (Scroll down page for Financial Assistance Program info)

Each child is provided two healthy snacks daily and are asked to bring their own packed lunch.

Each week of camp is limited to 27 children with average ratios of one adult to ten kids.

We have 3 days of Holiday Camp scheduled for June 5, 6, 7th. Go to the Holiday Camp tab above to register for these individual day camps.

JUNE 2024
June 10 - 14: Harry Potter
All aboard the Hogwarts Express! As we enter the Wizarding World of Harry Potter, kids will be transported into a week-long magical adventure. On their first day, kids will receive their acceptance letters to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry as they’re placed into their respective houses through the sorting hat. Houses will compete in a friendly game of Quidditch, make their own wands in Ollivander’s wand class, partake in potions class, and so much more!

June 17 - 21: Pokémon Legends
Mariposa Kids is a screen free program, so we have lots of other fun ways for Pokemon to come into our clubhouse including playing the actual card game. This classic Japanese anime series will come to life all week as kids create their own character cards, run on our fields in Pokemon styled games, and we may just have our own Pokemon Scavenger Hunt around the James Rolph Jr. Park.

June 24 - 28: Mario's Odyssey
Embark on a week-long adventure exploring the Mushroom Kingdom's wonders! With outdoor challenges inspired by Mario's iconic quests and indoor activities that mirror the excitement of the game, kids will have to dodge obstacles, and power up their imaginations while creating their own real-life Super Mario Brothers adventure!

JULY & AUGUST 2024
July 8 - 12: Challenge Champions Camp

Everyone loves a challenge! As we enter this week, kids will take part in a variety of challenges from skill-based to teamwork and individual games. Every challenge will help kids develop their team-building skills, as well as discover hidden talents they might not have been aware of before! Kids will leave this week confident and strong.

July 15 - 19: LEGO Camp
Experience an exciting week-long summer camp devoted entirely to the world of LEGOs! Inside, create towering structures, while outside, engage in challenges that ignite imaginative thinking. With hands-on building, team activities, and innovative outdoor fun, this camp fosters creativity and forms lasting bonds among participants, brick by brick.

July 22 - 26: NERF Camp
Join us for a week of the ultimate Nerf Camp! A Mariposa Kids favorite, kids will get to create and build their own barriers and courses for our daily Nerf battle. We will be adding a nerf-style twist to classic games such as Capture the Flag, Protect the King, and more!

July 29 - Aug. 2: Olympics Camp

Dive into the spirit of the upcoming 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris. Through sports activities ranging from soccer to lesser-known Olympic events, campers foster teamwork and athletic skills while exploring diverse cultures through indoor activities, all culminating into a Mini-Olympics event, creating lasting memories of unity and sportsmanship.

Aug. 5 - Aug. 9: Star Wars Camp

Embark on an epic galactic adventure at our Star Wars-themed children's summer camp, where young Padawans aged 5-11 can immerse themselves in a screen-free and play-based experience. Campers will don Jedi robes and wield lightsabers as they train in the ways of the Force, participate in exciting outdoor missions, and engage in creative arts and crafts inspired by their favorite characters from a galaxy far, far away. With a focus on teamwork, imagination, and hands-on fun, this Star Wars camp promises a summer filled with intergalactic exploration and friendship-building.

Please contact us before registering if you would like to seek financial assistance options. Financial assistance eligibility is income based. If you qualify, you will simply be asked to sign an attestation form verifying your family size and annual income for the year.

Cancellations made within two weeks of the first day of camp will be issued a 50% refund or 90% credit towards future camps or after-school care. Cancellations made within 72 hours of the camp start date or who end their camp session early after it has begun (due to illness or otherwise) forfeit their registration fee and no refund or credit will be issued. All refunds subject to platform processing fees.
