• 2024 Winter Break Camp is a special add-on camp and only available to those who have received an access code.
• Thanksgiving Week, Winter Break, and End of School Year Camps are registered by the day allowing you to pick and choose days in those break periods. ($100/day)
• Spring Break Camp is an entire week camp and you must register for the entire week. No partial registrations are allowed, but your child can be absent for a day or two if needed, but no partial refunds will be issued. ($550/week)
• All camps run from 9a-5pm. There is no pre/post care available at this time.
• We provide two healthy snacks each day. Children must arrive with their own packed lunch each day.
• Sibling discount of 10% for second and each additional sibling.
• Financial assistance is available on a first come, first served basis for income qualifying families. Please email [email protected] to begin that process.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72-hours of the start time of camp (including same day cancellations due to illness) forfeit the full registration fee. Cancellations made within two weeks of camp can apply credit towards another camp. Same day cancellations due to illness or otherwise are not refundable. Otherwise, cancellations will refund the full amount of your fee minus any credit card and processing fees that may apply (Typically 3%).
